Minimise Lot Area
The program can minimise the lot area by moving a point or a line on the lot with the mouse.
1. Select String/Min Lot Area option
2. Select a lot with the mouse
3. Enter a minimum area (make sure you tab to next field)
Moving a Point
4. Click on a lot point (and hold down the mouse button) and drag it along the line so that the area changes. It will stop sliding when the area reaches the minimum you entered. Now release the mouse button.
Moving A Side/Line
5. Click on a lot side (and hold down the mouse button) and drag it at 90 degrees to the line so that the area changes. It will stop sliding when the area reaches the minimum you entered. Now release the mouse button.
